2Account Registration

To create an account on Exlbet, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Exlbet reserves the right to close any account at any time if false or misleading information is provided.

• Each individual may register one account only.
• Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be verified.
• Any changes to personal information must be reported to support.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC verification.

3Eligibility & Age Requirement

Users must be at least 18 years of age to participate on Exlbet. This is a strict policy with no exceptions.

• Accounts belonging to individuals under 18 will be terminated immediately.
• Exlbet reserves the right to verify a user's age.
• Any funds won or accumulated in a minor's account will not be refunded.

4Deposits & Payments

6Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once.

• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity and security of the Exlbet platform.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, software, or automated programs.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or glitches for personal gain.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
• Using Exlbet for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Using threatening or abusive language when contacting the support team.

9Account Closure

Either Exlbet or the member may initiate account closure at any time.

• Members may close their account at any time by contacting support.
• Any balance excluding bonuses may be withdrawn before account closure.
• Exlbet reserves the right to close any account for violations of these terms.
• Accounts that remain inactive indefinitely may be closed.
• Reopening a closed account is at Exlbet's sole discretion.
• Accounts closed due to responsible gaming requests will remain closed for a minimum of 6 months.

• Failure of a third-party payment system.
• Account hacking resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond Exlbet's control.

12Changes to Terms

Exlbet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
